Requires that educational institutions end COVID-19 vaccination requirements or risk loss of federal funding.

EO 14212 - Establishing the President's Make America Healthy Again Commission
Creates a commission with an emphasis on childhood illness, specifically asthma, allergies, autoimmune disease and autism. The commission will be chaired by the HHS Secretary, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who holds anti-vaccination beliefs, including the thoroughly debunked “link” between autism and vaccines, and supports psedoscience. RFK Jr also has a history of ableist comments towards autistic people.

Creates a task force to eradicate “anti-Christian bias” in federal institutions with the Secretary of Education as a member. Examples given of educational “anti-Christian bias” focus on transgender rights.

Requires Title IX investigations to be opened and prioritized against schools which allow transgender athletes to compete in sports, focusing specifically on trans women and girls. Rescinds federal funds from any educational institution allowing trans women and girls to participate in sports.

EO 14199 - Withdrawing the United States From and Ending Funding to Certain United Nations Organizations and Reviewing United States Support to All International Organizations
Ends US participation in the UN Human Rights Council, establishes a timeline to review membership in UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), ends funding for UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East. UNESCO supports international education through programs, research, funding, events, prizes and more.

Requires schools stop teaching curriculum which mentions race, racism, bias, gender identity or other “DEIA” topics and instead provide students with a “Patriotic Education” based on the 1776 Commission’s recommendations
EO 14191 - Expanding Educational Freedom and Opportunity for Families
Makes funding charter schools a priority for federal discretionary grant programs and block grants.

Rescinds Biden-era EOs, primarily those related to diversity, equity and inclusion, gender and reopening schools during the pandemic.

Terminates all federal programs, contracts, positions, etc related to DEI, DEIA, environmental justice.
EO 14158 - Establishing and Implementing the President’s “Department of Government Efficiency”
Creates DOGE, which has proceeded to make drastic cuts to DoEd programs and funding and access/share confidential student information and data.
EO 14168 - Defending Women From Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government
Requires all government agencies to use strict definitions of sex and gender excluding transgender people. Rescinds 2024 Title IX guidelines and other protections for LGBTQ and intersex students.
EO 14170 - Reforming the Federal Hiring Process and Restoring Merit to Government Service
Requires hiring in federal agencies prioritize “merit” and does not allow any considerations around diversity, equity or inclusion.
EO 14171 - Restoring Accountability to Policy-Influencing Positions Within the Federal Workforce
Creates “Schedule F” category for federal employees, making them easier to terminate and making it more likely loyalty and partisanship will be used in hiring decisions.
